The Empowering Families Symposium and vendor fair is designed to help families more easily access community resources, connect with special education advocates, and network with others facing similar challenges. Symposium planners include Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center, Cincinnati Children’s Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities (LEND) Program, Xavier University, community organizations, and parents of individuals with special healthcare needs.
