Professional Development - Competencies and Coaching: The Keys to Retaining and Supporting Quality Staff

You have the staff you want in place; all is great right? Not really. Now it’s time to think about how
you provide support and coaching to staff so they continue to build on their knowledge and skills.
During this 3 hour Ohio approved training, participants will learn how they can build in time to
coach and support staff competencies to continue their professional growth. It is just as important to
