Explore Over 150 Quality Preschools

The Cincinnati Preschool Promise Network includes more than 150 preschool sites in the community, including centers, home-based sites, and parochial schools. Each Cincinnati preschool location has been approved to receive Preschool Promise Tuition Assistance reimbursements and earned a Silver or Gold award rating on Ohio’s Step Up to Quality (SUTQ) Rating & Improvement System. In 2024, programs began to transition from the previous 5-star system to the three-tiered award system. CPP requires Cincinnati preschool sites to participate in SUTQ to be a part of our network. Preschools with a SUTQ rating have gone above and beyond basic licensing requirements to meet quality standards based on national research that lead to improved outcomes for students.
